Ingredients:

  • One bag Harrison’s Original Bread Mix
  • Two pouches organic baby food, your choice of blends
  • One scant cup cup organic coconut milk (NOT cream of coconut)
  • Two cups finely chopped vegetables of your choice
  • Two teaspoons curry powder

Directions:

    1. Mix the baby foods and coconut milk, add curry powder, then the vegetables, and finally the bread mix. You will have a stiff dough.
    2. Spread evenly in the greased pan, and bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes. (NOTE: coconut milk will often separate in the can as the fat solidifies if the room temperature is below 78 degrees.)
    3. You can submerge the entire unopened can in a bowl of hot water for 15 minutes first, then shake well before opening.
    4. If your bird tends towards being overweight, substitute “lite” coconut milk.
