Ingredients:

  • Three quarters of a cup of Harrisons’s High Potency Mash
  • One 4 ounce jar or pouch of organic carrot (or sweet potato) baby food
  • A shake or two of organic ceylon cinnamon

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Add a couple big spoonfuls and mix. Still wet and gooey? Add another spoonful, mix again, and keep doing this until you have a stiff batter that is forming into a ball.
    3. Pinch off bits of batter and roll into marble sized balls. Put them on your baking sheet, close together, stick your thumb on each one and squish down to about a quarter inch thick.
    4. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
    5. Dust with the cinnamon
