Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Harrison’s High Potency Mash
- Four ounces/one container organic carrot baby food
- Two tablespoons organic peanut or toasted sesame oil
- One tablespoon water
- Half teaspoon each of powdered organic ginger and organic ceylon cinnamon
- Optional: dried cranberries
Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease a cookie sheet, or cut parchment paper to fit
- Combine the oil and Mash first, then add other ingredients and mix well.
- Scoop dough into piping bag and pipe out cookies.
- Press a single cranberry into the middle of each cookie if you want to get fancy.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Makes about two dozen 1″ cookies
