Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Harrison’s High Potency Mash
  • Four ounces/one container organic carrot baby food
  • Two tablespoons organic peanut or toasted sesame oil
  • One tablespoon water
  • Half teaspoon each of powdered organic ginger and organic ceylon cinnamon
  • Optional: dried cranberries

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Grease a cookie sheet, or cut parchment paper to fit
    3. Combine the oil and Mash first, then add other ingredients and mix well.
    4. Scoop dough into piping bag and pipe out cookies.
    5. Press a single cranberry into the middle of each cookie if you want to get fancy.
    6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Makes about two dozen 1″ cookies
